Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company info), call data processed by our AI (recordings, transcriptions), and usage analytics. We do not sell your data to third parties.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide and improve our AI phone agent services, generate call transcriptions and summaries, detect emergencies, and send you notifications about your calls. We do not use your call data to train AI models.

Data Security

All calls are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform with SOC 2 compliance. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Data Retention

Call recordings and transcriptions are retained for 90 days by default, or as configured by your plan. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your call history and transcriptions at any time from your dashboard. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@alizeai.co.
