Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our service, including feature usage, call volumes, and dashboard interactions.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your credit card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Alizé AI service
- Process and transcribe calls using AI
- Book appointments and manage your calendar
- Detect emergencies and send escalation alerts
- Send service notifications and updates
- Process billing and payments
3. Data Security
All call audio and transcriptions are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We implement industry-standard security measures including SOC 2 compliance, regular security audits, and strict access controls. Your call data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with geographic redundancy.
4. AI & Data Processing
Your call data is processed by our AI to provide transcription, summarization, and appointment booking services. We never use your business data to train general-purpose AI models. Your data is used solely to improve your specific Alizé AI experience.
5. Data Retention
Call recordings and transcriptions are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. You can delete your data at any time from the dashboard. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

You have the right to:
- Access your personal data

- Delete your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to data processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
