By accessing or using Alizé AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and anyone who accesses the Service.
2. Service Description
Alizé AI provides AI-powered phone agent services including call handling, appointment scheduling, call transcription, emergency detection, and international calling via VoIP. The service is designed for field service businesses including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and property management companies.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Billing & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with 30 minutes of call handling. No credit card required for the free tier.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. Contact support for refund requests.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Make fraudulent or harassing calls
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Use the Service for illegal telemarketing or spam calling
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
Alizé AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed calls, scheduling errors, or AI misinterpretations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
