Acceptance of Terms

By using Alizé AI services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including business accounts and their employees.

Service Description

Alizé AI provides AI-powered phone answering, call transcription, appointment scheduling, and related services. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be modified or updated with notice.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate business information. You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, spam, or harassment.

Billing & Payments

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in USD. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Credit packs do not expire. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

Your call data, transcriptions, and business information remain your property. Alizé AI retains ownership of the platform, AI models, and all underlying technology. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute our software.

Limitation of Liability

Alizé AI is not liable for missed calls due to network issues, incorrect AI responses, or decisions made based on AI-generated summaries. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access is revoked and data is retained for 30 days. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted unless legally required to retain it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
